Duration — 1 hour 20 minutes without intermission.

Plotless performance of modern choreography.

In 2018, at the Platonov Festival two works by the world-famous choreographer and representative of the New French Dance direction, Angelin Preljocaj, were shown: "Fresco" and "Playlist #1".

"Gravity" is one of his new performances, which premiered at the Biennale of Dance in Lyon, then the performance was included in the program of the Dance Festival in Montpellier. In it, Preljocaj returns to the study of concepts such as "weight", "space", "mass" and "speed" in choreography, and uses these measurements to create a bewitching spectacle.

“The dancers shed the weight of their bodies. The performers cohere in a quiet and powerful unison that opens and closes like a pulsating heart”.

“Angelin Preljocaj is a master of space. Gravité offers a smoothly executed stylistic study”.
Le Figaro

"Gravity" is immersed in the dance matrix, in the heart of the very movement of life ... Preljocaj seems to be reunited with the very essence of his choreographic vocation in pursuit of pure beauty".
