Registration for the "Theatre +" programme is open

We are opening registration for the events of the "Theatre +" programme. Various meet-the-artist events and workshops with directors and actors – the participants of the tenth Platonov Arts Festival will – be held within the framework of this project.

Eugene Marcelli is a director, an Honored Art Worker of the Russian Federation, the laureate of the Golden Mask National Theatre Award. He worked as the chief director of the theatre in Sovetsk, in the Kaliningrad Regional Drama Theatre, the Omsk Academic Drama Theatre. He was the artistic director of the Fyodor Volkov Drama Theatre in Yaroslavl. Marcelli has staged about 80 performances.

He is the director of the performance "Jokers", which three showings will take place within the framework of the Platonov Festival on September 22 and 23.

 "Relationships in the theatre should be based on friendship and love. For me, this is the only correct position ... Normal human relations always give an amazing creative result during work", says Eugene Marcelli.

The duration of the event is 1 hour.

Konstantin Raikin is the People's Artist of Russia, the artistic director of the Russian State Theatre "Satyricon" named after Arkady Raikin. He is the laureate of the Prize of the Government of the Russian Federation and four times laureate of the National Theatre Award "The Golden Mask". He is the artistic director, the professor at the Higher School of Performing Arts.

At the Platotov Festival, he will play in the performance "Jokers" (the part of Pavel Prokhorovich Obroshenov).

"I have my own view of the profession. As a teacher, I think that artists of the second echelon are also important. They are in the majority, and it is important that they are professional, conscientious and dedicated. Pedagogy is a whole chapter in my creative life, and when a student’s performance is "correct" - it’s happiness", says Konstantin Raikin.

The workshop is held for actors, directors and students of the theatrical faculty of the Voronezh State Academy of Arts. Duration - 1 hour 30 minutes.

A conversation about inclusive theatre with a director Anna Zinovieva and an actress Olga Stvolova.

Anna Zinovieva is a director, the curator of an inclusive school in Novosibirsk. She graduated from the Leonid Kheifets’ workshop of the faculty of directing of the Shchukin Higher Theatre School.

The director is already familiar to the Voronezh audience: in 2015, her vibrant performance "The Cow" came to the Platonov Festival.

"Subtle attention to a partner is probably the main sign of professionalism in an inclusive performance. In addition, there is strict discipline in our school: inclusion means that everyone has rights and responsibilities", says Anna Zinovieva.

The discussion will be held for the spectators of the performance "Yushka" who bought a ticket to the showing on September 22 at 4 p.m. Duration - 1 hour.

A workshop for representatives of the theatre community who are interested in the topic of inclusive theatre. The event is held by the representatives of the performance "Yushka": a director Anna Zinovieva and an actress and a teacher Yana Sigida.
