The Russian National Theatre Award "Golden Mask" announced the winners. The best performance in modern dance was the project of the Platonov Arts Festival – site-specific theatre performance event "New Land", staged by choreographer Anna Shchekleina featuring the dance troupe of the Voronezh Chamber Theatre.
"New Land" was created in 2021 and was included in the Platonov-2021 cycle, which brought together theatre performance events associated with the works or the personality of the writer.
We thank the jury for the high award and congratulate everyone who worked on the project.
