The first day of the new project of the Platonov Arts Festival, the Festival of street theatres is completed. The audience saw performances by collectives from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Samara and Voronezh.
The programme of the Festival of street theaters included performances by collectives working in the direction of the public space theatre, as well as performances by teams for which the street theatre art is not the main activity. On the first day of the forum in the park "Dolphin" the theatre "Mr. Pejo's wandering dolls" showed the performance "Moonsters", and Karlsson Haus presented a puppet show-promenade "Weekends are only once a week". St. Petersburg collectives AspectR with the performance-procession "Cosmo" and "Sky Carousel" with the production of the same name, the air theatre "UFO" from Moscow with the show "Air Oceanarium", as well as "Plasticine Rain" from Samara with the show "White Dreams" performed in Voronezh for the first time. Puppet theatre named after V. Volkhovsky presented "Thumbelina", and the educational theatre project "Shakespearia" showed the performance "King Lear" created in the genre of clowning. The end of the festival day was spectacular thanks to the "Sincere show" by the theatre "Ognennie Ludi".
The exhibitions "Robert Falk. Painting and Graphic arts" and "Alexander Rodchenko" in the Voronezh Regional Art Museum named after I.N. Kramskoy and the project of Evgeny Kravtsov "Corrosion" in the exhibition hall of the Union of Artists on 8, Kirova street continue welcoming the visitors.
